Privacy notice

This notice covers the Rchy waitlist at rchy.ai. Last updated September 2026.

What we collect

• What you enter in the form: your email address, and optionally your name, studio, role, studio size and discipline.
• Whether you asked for product updates, and when.
• The page that referred you and any campaign tags in the link you followed.
• Your browser's user agent, and a one-way hash of your IP address that we use only to block abuse.

How we use it

We use your details to contact you about early access to Rchy. If you asked for product updates, we'll also send occasional news about the product. We don't sell your details or share them with anyone, apart from the email provider we use to send messages.

Where it's kept

Waitlist details are stored on servers we operate, separately from any customer data.

Videos

The films on the home page play from YouTube's privacy-enhanced domain, and only load once you press play.
